Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide! Please allow 5-7 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ and in the hands of the post office, we have no control over the package.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy lasts 7 days after order is received (excluding weekends or national holidays). Returns/Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/exchange item at our HQ. For returns/exchanges email our customer service department and we will be glad to assist. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. If an item does not work out for you, the item can only be exchanged for store credit that can be used towards another order.
